We normally process orders the day they are received (except weekends and public holidays). Deliveries to UK destinations are made by Royal Mail. We always use first class service.

If your order is over £100 we use Recorded Delivery. All parcels over 5kg are sent with via courier. Overseas (non UK) deliveries weighing less than 2Kg are sent by Royal Mail AirMail Service.

If things go wrong:

Royal Mail should deliver 1st class mail in 1-2 working days. Occasionally they may take longer or a parcel may disappear forever.

  • If your order has not been delivered to a UK address in this time and we haven't advised you of a delay you should first of all check with your local Royal Mail sorting office.
  • If they do not have the parcel you should wait for one week before ringing them again.
  • If they still do not have it you should then contact us.
  • If Royal Mail attempt delivery and you are not home your postman should leave a card telling you he tried. This does not always happen. If he does not leave you a card you won't know and we won't know, we will assume you received it and you might think we didn't send it. If for some reason we have not sent it we will have contacted you to tell you why. We always have a 'proof of postage' document signed by the Royal Mail collection officer when he picks it up from us.

Undelivered and unclaimed parcels are held at the local Royal Mail sorting office for 21 days before being returned to the sender. If your parcel comes back to us we will let you know.
